Dear

Thank you for contacting MOTA Customer Support. I understand that you are having issues with your MOTA JETJAT. I certainly do apologize for any inconvenience that you may be experiencing.

I can help you troubleshoot the problem. Pleae follow these instructions:

  1. Remove all batteries from the controller remote.
  2. Please make sure that all debris is free and clear from the propellers also check if your batteries might have leaked causing JETJAT remote to not make contact with the batteries.
  3. With the batteries in the controller removed, turn the JETJAT on and off 3 times. This should hard reset the controller.
  4. Insert batteries back into the JETJAT controller, then turn on.
  5. You should hear 2 beeps from the controller, then turn on your JETJAT, now move the left joystick up and down. This should pair the JETJAT with the controller.

If the drone appears to not flly, you may want to chck the blade arrangement. On the back side of the blades, you will see it marked with the number "1" or "2".
