Battery Case Diagnosis

Thank you for contacting MOTA Customer Support. I understand that you are having issues with your battery case. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We can start with a diagnosis of your issue, but I'll need your help. 


Please provide your response to the following questions:

  1. What happens when you press and hold the power button on the MOTA case? Does the charging graphic on the top right of your iPhone show (even temporarily) OR does your phone make the charge noise?
  2. What happens when you plug the MOTA battery case (with the phone inside) into your computer to charge? Which lights are shown? Does your phone charge?
  3. Does the charging port look like it is in good condition? Does it seem loose or bent in any way?
