My 6036 Helicopter is not working

The following trouble shooting steps usually fix the problem. In the unlikely event that issue still persists, please submit a support ticket with your original delivery address.

1. Ensure the transmitter is being inserted fully - you may have to remove the case or the cover

2. Try downloading the following app "Smart Helicopter" - please note there are several other applications with similiar names, ensure you are downloading the correct app - it may be listed under iPhone category.

3. When you press the ON/OFF button on the app - the transmitter should indicate a blue light. If this does not happen, please click here to submit a priority ticket and specify this. You may have a defective transmitter. 

4. If you have a blue light on your transmitter and the helicopter lights are also blinking and you are still unable to take off by increasing the throttle, please click here to submit a priority ticket and specify this.
